This requirement is a must considering the scale of the event.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The fee for food stalls is \u00a3100 for October 21, 2023, along with a refundable deposit of \u00a315. If a table is required from SHAROD, there will be an additional charge of \u00a325. For October 22 and 23, there is an extra daily charge of \u00a325.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There are a fixed total of 6 food stall slots available, which will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit of \u00a330. Along with the deposit, please provide the upfront food menu with up to a maximum of 5 items.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Outside the designated 6 slots, extra food stalls will be accommodated solely if the stall holder can operate within their personally arranged marquee, with a maximum size of 3m x 6m. A reduced fee of \u00a375 will be applicable for October 21, 2023, along with an additional daily charge of \u00a325 for October 22 and 23.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each food stall holder will be allocated a space of 3m x 3m within the marquee provided by SHAROD.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stall providers are welcome to bring additional tables and chairs as long as they can be accommodated within the allocated space.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No gas equipment is allowed for the Food stall holders .<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stall providers are responsible for arranging their own means to serve hot food, using electrical equipment if necessary. SHAROD will supply 2 electrical points per stall holder.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A maximum of 2 individuals can represent each stall.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The allocation of stall positions for each vendor will be determined through a lottery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All stall holders are accountable for cleaning and properly disposing of waste using bin bags to the designated areas outlined by SHAROD.
