Our Impact
SHAROD has grown from a single Durga Puja celebration in 2017 into a vibrant cultural force in Swindon and beyond. Each year, we engage hundreds of families through grand festivals, community picnics, literary events, and food festivals that celebrate the richness of Bengali heritage.
Our volunteer-led initiatives have not only kept traditions alive but also brought diverse communities together in unity and joy. From virtual celebrations during the pandemic to charity partnerships with local organizations, our work continues to foster cultural pride, social responsibility, and meaningful connections across generations.
