  • Anoouncement for the Stall Owners
    • It is essential for every food stall holders to submit a Food Hygiene certificate to SHAROD. This requirement is a must considering the scale of the event.
    • The fee for food stalls is £100 for October 21, 2023, along with a refundable deposit of £15. If a table is required from SHAROD, there will be an additional charge of £25. For October 22 and 23, there is an extra daily charge of £25.
    • There are a fixed total of 6 food stall slots available, which will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit of £30. Along with the deposit, please provide the upfront food menu with up to a maximum of 5 items.
    • Outside the designated 6 slots, extra food stalls will be accommodated solely if the stall holder can operate within their personally arranged marquee, with a maximum size of 3m x 6m. A reduced fee of £75 will be applicable for October 21, 2023, along with an additional daily charge of £25 for October 22 and 23.
    • Each food stall holder will be allocated a space of 3m x 3m within the marquee provided by SHAROD.
    • Stall providers are welcome to bring additional tables and chairs as long as they can be accommodated within the allocated space.
    • No gas equipment is allowed for the Food stall holders .
    • Stall providers are responsible for arranging their own means to serve hot food, using electrical equipment if necessary. SHAROD will supply 2 electrical points per stall holder.
    • A maximum of 2 individuals can represent each stall.
    • The allocation of stall positions for each vendor will be determined through a lottery.
    • All stall holders are accountable for cleaning and properly disposing of waste using bin bags to the designated areas outlined by SHAROD. Failure to do so may result in SHAROD using their discretion to deduct the initial deposit amount.
